ABOUT ME
I am a committed Senior Training Analyst with a comprehensive background in various roles. I lead a specialized team, creating extensive coursework for a nationwide medical examiner training program aimed at elevating quality standards. My multifaceted responsibilities include in-depth legislative research, innovative training material development, e-learning advice, compliance assurance, stakeholder relationship management, and critical task supervision.
I am refining my instructional design skills through an Instructional Design and Technology Master's degree program at Arizona State University. Additionally, I've enriched my creative abilities by completing over 50 Arts, Graphics, and Photography credits in the Maricopa Community College system, adding a creative flair to my instructional designs.
My profile is uniquely enhanced by 24 years of military service, retiring as a Sergeant Major from the Arizona Army National Guard in 2021. My service included collaborations in Multi-National Force Environments and contributions to operations across various global locations, providing me with a diverse perspective beneficial to my civilian career.
I hold a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2007) and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University (2016). This academic foundation, my continuous studies, and a plethora of experiences solidify my commitment to excellence and dedication to advancing services.
